Job Title: Food Captain

Location: Azhagiyamandpam Main Road, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu 629003

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Qualification: Any Degree

Working Hours:

- 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- or
- 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Job Overview: We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Food Captain to manage daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and basic experience in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
- Ensure smooth table service and customer satisfaction
- Take orders and assist customers with menu selection




- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Monitor staff performance and support team when required

Requirements:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in restaurant/hotel industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic leadership and team handling ability
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Customer-oriented attitude
