SERVICE STAFF — EVERHOME CAFE

Role: Service Staff

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and seat guests professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Enter orders into POS correctly.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and correctly.
- Maintain assigned tables and service areas.
- Clear, clean and reset tables efficiently.
- Ensure cutlery, crockery, napkins, water and condiments are available.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and floor captain for smooth service.
- Follow up on pending, delayed or incorrect orders.
- Assist guests with menu-related queries.
- Handle basic guest requests and escalate complaints to the captain/manager.
- Support billing and payment collection as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the floor.
- Follow opening, service and closing checklists.
- Assist other sections and team members during busy hours.
- Maintain proper grooming,



uniform and skilled conduct.
- Follow all Everhome SOPs and service standards.
- Be punctual, reliable and available for weekends/public holidays.
- Support events and high-volume service when required.

Candidate Requirements:
- Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Basic English/Hindi required.
- Presentable, energetic and guest-friendly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.

Most importantly: We need people who are hardworking, switched-on, well-groomed, quick on their feet and serious about service. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
