The Kitchen/F&B; Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of kitchen and food-service operations. Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing food and kitchen inventory,



including stock monitoring and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely availability of required materials
- Maintaining proper stock records, purchase records and consumption records
- Monitoring food costs, wastage and portion control
- Ensuring proper food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating daily meal preparation and service
- Ensuring that kitchen equipment and facilities are maintained properly and used safely

Candidates with degree/diploma or experience in Hotel Management or Food & Beverage Management or related fields would be suitable for this position.

Location: Near Dekhale, 10 km from Virar Toll Naka on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway, Maharashtra
