Job Summary

FIKO Square is looking for energetic and customer-focused F&B; Service Staff to join our restaurant/café operations in Kondotty.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in delivering excellent guest service. Candidates with previous restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality experience will be preferred. Freshers with relevant hospitality training may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests professionally and provide friendly customer service.
- Assist guests with seating, menu information, and food & beverage selections.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and billing teams.
- Serve food and beverages according to FIKO service standards.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged, clean, and ready for guests.
- Monitor guest requirements during service and respond promptly.
- Coordinate with Captains, Kitchen, Billing, and other service team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
- Support table clearing, resetting, and preparation during busy periods.




- Handle guest requests and minor concerns professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company service standards.
- Support opening and closing activities of the restaurant/café.
- Perform other F&B; service duties assigned by the Captain or Restaurant Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years in Restaurant / Café / Hotel / F&B; Service preferred.
- Freshers with Hotel Management, Hospitality, or relevant training may apply.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work during weekends, holidays, and shift timings.
- Should be active, responsible, and customer-friendly.
- Basic English communication will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
