Food & Beverage Manager (F&B; Manager)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the overall F&B; operations, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of restaurants, bar, banquets, and other F&B; outlets.
- Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, hygiene, and presentation.
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage the F&B; team.
- Prepare duty rosters, conduct briefings, and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor F&B; revenue, food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and profitability.
- Drive upselling and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales,



and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and statutory standards.
- Support the management in F&B; promotions, events, and business development initiatives.

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management.
- 6–10 years of relevant F&B; experience, including managerial/supervisory experience.
- Experience in a reputed hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, guest-handling, and cost-control skills.
- Pre-opening hotel experience will be an advantage.
- Qualified grooming and a hands-on approach to operations.

Pay: ₹12,585.88 - ₹50,000.00 per month
