Position Overview The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, strategic planning, and financial performance of all food and beverage outlets. This role demands a dynamic leader who balances exceptional guest experiences with tight cost controls, inventory management, and team development. The F&B; Manager ensures compliance with all health and safety regulations while driving revenue through creative menu engineering and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

- Oversee daily F&B; operations across all outlets (e.g., restaurants, bars, banquets, room service).
- Maintain exceptional service standards, proactively addressing guest feedback and resolving complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef on menu design, pricing strategies, and culinary execution.
- Ensure all front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas maintain pristine cleanliness and strict adherence to health, safety, and liquor licensing laws.

Financial Management & Administration





- Manage the F&B; department budget, forecasting revenues, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Control labor and operational costs without compromising service quality.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor negotiations to minimize waste and optimize profit margins.
- Generate regular financial and operational reports for upper management.

Team Leadership & Development

- Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor F&B; supervisors and frontline staff.
- Foster a positive, cooperative, and high-performance work culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement ongoing service training programs.

Skills and Qualifications

- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as an F&B; Manager, Assistant F&B; Manager, or similar leadership role in high-volume hospitality.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management.
