Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Service with 0.6–1 year of hotel experience to join our reception team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent guest service, ensure smooth check-in/check-out operations, and support daily front office activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in setting up the restaurant, banquet, and dining areas according to hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Set and clear tables with crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, and other service items.
- Support Captain/Waiter during breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and banquet services.
- Replenish crockery, cutlery, glassware, condiments, and other service supplies as required.
- Explicit used plates, glasses, and other items promptly and safely.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and dismantling as per hotel procedures.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
- Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and grooming standards.
- Handle F&B; equipment carefully and maintain proper storage and organization.




- Assist with room service, banquets, and other F&B; operations when required.
- Respond to guest requests politely and provide assistance under the direction of the service team.
- Perform opening and closing duties and ensure all service areas are clean and ready for operation.

Qualifications:

- 0.6 – 1 year of hotel food & beverage service / guest service experience
- Excellent communication skills (English; local language skills preferred)
- Professional appearance and customer-focused personality
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS/systems
- Strong teamwork and problem‐solving abilities
