Location: The Forest Club Resort & Spa, Karjat

Job Summary The Food & Beverage Assistant is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Set up and maintain restaurant, banquet, and service areas.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup, service, and clearance as per hotel standards.
- Assist Captains and Supervisors during restaurant and banquet operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, service areas, equipment, and surrounding areas.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen for timely and accurate food service.
- Check guest requirements and respond to requests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and report serious issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance.
- Support banquet functions, events,



and special guest requirements.
- Maintain adequate stock of service items and inform the supervisor about shortages or damages.
- Follow proper grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Ensure responsible handling of hotel property and equipment.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; Supervisor or Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 0–2 years of experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Guest-oriented and service-minded personality.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good grooming and professional appearance.

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: As per interview and experience
