About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Lead who combines the technical depth of a senior developer with the ownership of a technical lead. You will personally design and build core parts of our Flutter applications - writing production code, solving hard technical problems, and setting architectural direction - while also mentoring the team, driving code quality, and owning delivery. This role suits someone who leads by staying close to the code, not from a distance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and build Flutter-based mobile applications for iOS and Android, actively contributing to the codebase alongside the team.
- Architect efficient, scalable, high-performing applications using patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture, and translate those decisions into working code.
- Build reusable components, libraries, and core infrastructure (networking, state management, navigation) that the wider team builds on.
- Implement and enforce state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Redux) across the app.
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and third-party SDKs.
- Work with native platform channels where features require Kotlin/Swift-level integration (e.g., biometrics, payment SDKs, push notifications).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces across device sizes.
- Write and maintain unit/widget tests, and troubleshoot, debug,



and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and set/enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Own CI/CD pipelines for mobile builds and manage app deployment to the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Collaborate with QA, BA, backend, and DevOps teams to clarify requirements and validate implementation against acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define project timelines, scope, and deliverables.
- Stay current with Flutter releases, trends, and mobile development technologies.

Requirements:

- 8+ years in mobile app development, with 5+ years of hands-on Flutter/Dart experience.
- Strong understanding of Dart, the Flutter framework, and state management techniques (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- Experience with mobile app architecture patterns like MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party SDK integrations.
- Strong understanding of Android & iOS platforms, including app lifecycle and app store publishing.
- Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, Push Notifications).
- Familiarity with local storage (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences).




- Familiarity with platform channels / method channels for bridging native Android and iOS functionality into Flutter.
- Comfortable with unit/widget testing frameworks and debugging/performance-tuning tools.
- Experience with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
- Ability to write high-quality, production-grade code while also guiding and supporting a team in a fast-paced workplace.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Exposure to eCommerce, FinTech, Healthcare, or Enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of cloud services like Firebase, AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Knowledge of automated testing (unit, widget, integration testing).
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
- Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), SCAPI, or other headless commerce platforms.
- Experience with localization (i18n) for multi-market apps.
