About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of mobile application development, from reviewing software specifications and UI mockups to developing robust, cross-platform mobile applications. You will work closely with backend developers and UI designers to create seamless, high-performing applications that deliver an exceptional user experience.

Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable, and efficient code, while also mentoring junior team members and driving best practices within the team.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,



along with 6-8 years of experience in mobile application development. Exceptional proficiency in Flutter framework and Dart programming language is essential. Candidates should have a deep understanding of state management strategies such as Provider, Riverpod, BloC, and Cubit, as well as familiarity with various Flutter libraries.

Experience with native mobile development for iOS and Android, along with knowledge of databases like SQLite or NoSQL, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration across teams. Candidates with additional skills in native language programming (Swift, Kotlin, Java), CI/CD integration, and version control tools will have a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

Design and develop high-volume, low-latency mobile applications that are reliable and performant, ensuring high availability and scalability. Write clean, efficient, and testable code, and conduct code reviews to optimize performance. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from initial planning to deployment, and mentor junior developers to uphold best practices.

Take ownership of the entire development process, including preparation, production,



and timely release of software components. Ensure that all designs adhere to specifications and meet the defined requirements. Stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends, presenting innovative solutions for architectural review and continuous improvement.

Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and user-centric applications.
