We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience building and shipping cross-platform mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Flutter applications, collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences on both iOS and Android.

Experience with connected/IoT-enabled apps (BLE, WiFi) is essential, and exposure to the medical/healthcare domain is a strong plus. Candidates should be willing to relocate to any customer location as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain performant, reusable, and reliable Flutter code for cross-platform (iOS/Android) applications
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries/SDKs
- Develop and maintain BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and WiFi-based device connectivity, pairing, data sync, and communication features
- Work with hardware/device teams to integrate and troubleshoot wireless connectivity for connected devices
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices
- Identify and fix bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues, including connectivity-related edge cases
- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and QA to ship features end-to-end
- Manage app state effectively using state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, GetX)
- Stay current with Flutter/Dart updates, recent packages, and mobile development trends
- Handle app deployment and release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Be available to travel/relocate to customer locations as required by project needs

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4 to 5 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter/Dart




- Mandatory hands-on experience integrating BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) and WiFi connectivity in mobile applications (device pairing, data streaming, connection state handling, reconnection logic, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Flutter widget lifecycle, layouts, and animations
- Proficiency in Dart programming language
- Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar)
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with local storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift) is a plus, especially for platform-specific BLE/WiFi channel implementations
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics, etc.)
- Experience writing unit and widget tests
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an agile team environment
- Willingness to relocate to any customer location as per business/project requirements

Preferred Skills

- Prior experience working on medical, healthcare, or medical device software (e.g., patient monitoring apps, connected medical devices, health data platforms) familiarity with relevant compliance/regulatory considerations (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, IEC 62304, or similar) is a plus
- Experience with native module development or platform channels for BLE/WiFi
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, Fastlane)
- Understanding of clean architecture / MVVM / MVC patterns
- Experience publishing apps to both Play Store and App Store
- Knowledge of design systems and responsive UI for tablets/foldables

Work Location: Kochi / Bangalore Note: Willingness to work from customer locations, including Goa, as required for the project duration.
