We are looking for an experienced and responsible Floor Manager to oversee daily showroom floor operations, manage the sales team, ensure excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining discipline, monitoring staff performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the showroom floor and daily operations.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

- Monitor individual and team sales performance.

- Ensure customers receive excellent service and assistance.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

- Ensure proper display, arrangement, and presentation of products.

- Monitor stock availability on the showroom floor and coordinate with the inventory team.

- Ensure proper pricing, tagging, and product information.

- Allocate duties and responsibilities to floor staff.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.

- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate daily targets.

- Coordinate with management, inventory, billing, and other departments.

- Monitor daily sales, customer walk-ins, conversions, and other store performance metrics.

- Ensure showroom cleanliness,



safety, and overall visual standards.

- Support promotional activities, new product launches, and special events.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.

- Ensure company policies and standard operating procedures are followed.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in retail/showroom operations or a similar supervisory role.

- Good leadership and team-management skills.

- Solid customer-handling and communication skills.

- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.

- Good knowledge of showroom operations and retail processes.

- Basic computer and reporting skills.

- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
