Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the showroom floor.

- Ensure bikes, accessories, displays, price information, and promotional materials are properly maintained.

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.

- Coordinate with sales executives to ensure customers are attended to promptly.

- Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, test rides, bookings, and follow-ups.

- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

- Ensure proper documentation for bookings, finance, insurance, and vehicle delivery.

- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic customer complaints.

- Monitor sales executives' performance and daily activities.

- Maintain showroom discipline, appearance, and customer experience standards.

- Track daily showroom performance and share reports with the dealership management.

- Ensure proper display and availability of vehicles and promotional schemes.

- Coordinate vehicle movement between showroom, stockyard, PDI, and delivery areas.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
