We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, staff, and different departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication, coordination, and people-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily floor operations.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, nurses, reception, and other staff.
- Ensure patients receive a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations professionally.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and daily activities.
- Ensure proper coordination between departments.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall floor standards.
- Monitor appointments, patient flow, and waiting time.
- Prepare and maintain basic daily reports and operational records.
- Support the management in resolving operational issues.
Requirements
- Fresher to 2 years of experience in hospital, healthcare, hospitality, retail, wellness, or similar service-oriented industries.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Customer/patient service-oriented approach.
