- Oversee daily showroom floor operations and customer flow
- Lead and guide sales consultants handling gold and diamond jewellery
- Personally manage VIP clients, repeat customers, and sales escalations
- Ensure accurate communication of gold weight, diamond quality, pricing, and making charges
- Maintain luxury service standards, staff grooming, and showroom presentation
- Monitor jewellery handling, display, inventory movement, and strict security protocols
- Support billing accuracy, documentation, and compliance standards
