Role Description The Flight Simulator Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-fidelity flight simulation systems used for training and mission-critical applications. Day-to-day tasks include modeling flight dynamics, integrating aircraft systems, and configuring simulation environments that accurately reflect real-world performance and behavior.

The role involves collaborating with product managers, software developers, and domain experts to define requirements, implement features,



and validate simulator accuracy through testing and data analysis. The engineer will also troubleshoot simulation issues, optimize performance, document technical specifications, and support deployment and updates across various training platforms. In addition, the role may involve working with immersive technologies (AR/VR/MR) to enhance pilot training experiences and support customer demonstrations and technical discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in flight simulation and flight dynamics, with the ability to design and validate realistic aircraft behavior in virtual environments.
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems and aerospace engineering principles, including avionics, propulsion, control systems, and aerodynamics.
- Hands-on experience working with aircraft or aerospace projects, such as simulator development, flight testing support, or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., C++, C#, Python, or similar) for simulation development, integration, and tool creation.
- Experience with simulation frameworks or game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, or custom simulation platforms) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with AR/VR/MR technologies and their application in training or simulation environments is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with attention to detail and focus on system accuracy and reliability.
