Role Description The Flight Departure Coordinator role at Global Drive is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for overseeing all pre-departure activities, including coordinating flight schedules, verifying documentation, and ensuring that aircraft, crew, and passengers are ready for timely departure.

The coordinator works closely with airline staff, ground operations, and customer service teams to manage check-in processes, gate procedures, and any last-minute changes. Daily tasks include monitoring flight status, addressing passenger inquiries and concerns,



and communicating updates clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders. The role requires maintaining compliance with operational standards and safety procedures while providing a smooth and efficient departure experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills related to flights and flight planning to ensure accurate coordination of departure schedules and procedures.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of aircraft operations and ground handling processes to support safe and productive turnaround.
