Finzace is a Bangalore-based fintech distribution platform for Bonds, Fixed Deposits, Digital Gold, and Mutual Funds, combining proprietary technology with regulated distribution infrastructure. We hold BSE Debt Segment membership and are expanding our in-house trade execution and settlement capabilities.
We're hiring an experienced Fixed-Income Dealer to set up and run this desk from the ground up. This is a build role, not a maintain role: you'll be the first dedicated operator of Finzace's treasury and settlement function, working directly with capital partners, brokers, and BSE.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute fixed income trades end-to-end via BSE Debt Segment, managing the full order-to-settlement lifecycle
- Own OTC settlement processes and day-to-day coordination with BSE infrastructure
- Coordinate with capital partners providing funding for treasury/principal trades — managing drawdowns, holding periods, and returns on committed capital
- Design and implement SOPs, risk limits,
and operational controls for a recent treasury desk, since none currently exist
- Manage and maintain broker and counterparty relationships across the BSE/NSE debt segment
- Reconcile trades, settlements, and cash flows daily; maintain accurate books and records for audit and regulatory review
- Coordinate with Finzace's existing bond sourcing and RM team to route inventory appropriately between client distribution and the treasury book
- Ensure ongoing compliance with SEBI and BSE regulations governing debt segment trading and settlement
- Report on desk performance, risk exposure, and P&L; directly to leadership
Who we want
- Demonstrated experience in fixed-income dealing, bond settlement operations, or debt capital markets
- Working knowledge of BSE/NSE debt segment processes, broker workflows, and settlement cycles
- Comfortable building a function from scratch — process design as much as execution
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bangalore
