About the Role

We are looking for a Flea Market Manager to own and scale the Flea Market business across multiple cities.

The role involves revenue ownership, team leadership, vendor partnerships, event execution, and process development to drive category growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Category Strategy & Revenue

- Own the Flea Market category's revenue, costs, and profitability across cities.
- Develop strategies for event formats, pricing, vendor mix, and city expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities and build expansion plans.
- Track city-wise revenue, forecasts, and performance.

2. Team Leadership

- Manage and mentor Flea Market Managers across cities.
- Set KPIs for revenue, events, vendor onboarding, and margins.
- Build and expand the team as the business grows.
- Conduct field visits to support teams and ensure execution quality.

3. Vendor Partnerships

- Build pan-India vendor relationships across food, crafts, lifestyle, and services.
- Negotiate commercial terms with key vendors.
- Develop vendor programs to improve retention and event quality.

4. Process & Operations

- Create standardized event playbooks and SOPs.




- Improve vendor onboarding, society coordination, logistics, and collections.
- Implement tools and processes to improve operational efficiency.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with Marketing to drive footfall and community campaigns.
- Coordinate with Product, Finance, Accounts, and Operations teams.
- Ensure effective event planning and financial reporting.

6. Performance & Growth

- Analyze city-wise performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Experiment with new event formats, pricing, and vendor categories.
- Share insights and continuously improve the Flea Market business.

Key Requirements
- Experience in Flea Markets, Events, Retail, Marketplace Operations, or Category Management .
- Experience managing teams across multiple cities.
- Strong understanding of revenue ownership, P&L;, and business growth.
- Experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
- Robust communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and event execution.
