Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: 3–6 Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct theory and practical training in Fitter Fabrication.
- Provide hands-on training in fabrication, fitting, cutting, drilling, grinding and assembly.
- Train candidates in MIG/TIG/arc welding, measurement and marking techniques.
- Demonstrate the use of hand tools, power tools and fabrication equipment.
- Train candidates on engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and basic fabrication calculations.
- Explain material identification, welding joints, fit-up and quality inspection.
- Ensure proper adherence to workplace safety and PPE practices.
- Conduct practical assessments and maintain trainee performance records.
- Maintain attendance, daily training reports and other required documentation.
Required Skills:
- Solid practical knowledge of Mechanical/Fabrication work.
- Good understanding of welding, fitting, fabrication and workshop practices.
- Ability to deliver effective practical demonstrations and classroom sessions.
- Good communication and trainee-handling skills.
- ToT certification will be preferred.
- Experience in Skill Development/Training Projects will be an added advantage.
