Role Description The First-Time Manager Trainer in Jaipur will design and deliver engaging training programs specifically for newly promoted or aspiring managers. This full-time, on-site role based in Chennai involves conducting classroom-style sessions, workshops, and role-plays that build foundational leadership, communication, and people management skills.

The trainer will assess learner needs, customize training content, and use real-world case studies to help participants handle team dynamics, performance conversations, and problem-solving. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials,



facilitating sessions for corporate clients, collecting feedback, and refining content for continuous improvement. The role also involves collaborating with client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure training outcomes are aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with experience delivering in-person corporate training to first-time or frontline managers.
- Expertise in leadership development, people management, and soft skills training (e.g., communication, feedback, conflict resolution).
- Ability to design and customize training content, including workshops, exercises, and case studies tailored to client needs.
- Comfort with using digital tools and training aids (presentations, LMS platforms, interactive tools) to enhance learning engagement.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements, reporting outcomes, and managing group dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; certification in training, L&D;, or coaching is preferred.
- Prior experience as a corporate trainer, L&D; specialist, or manager handling teams will be highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai with flexibility to travel within India for client trainings when required.
