We are hiring Firemen for Offshore Operations in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for fire prevention, emergency response, firefighting activities, and maintaining safety standards at the offshore site.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to fire and emergency situations.
- Operate and maintain firefighting equipment such as fire extinguishers, hoses, hydrants, and fire pumps.
- Conduct regular checks and inspections of firefighting equipment.
- Participate in fire drills, emergency response exercises, and safety training.
- Identify and report fire hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Follow all HSE policies, safety procedures, and offshore regulations.
- Assist during emergency rescue and evacuation operations.
- Maintain records of equipment inspections and fire drills.
- Ensure firefighting equipment remains accessible and ready for emergency use.
- Carry out other duties related to fire and safety as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass; Diploma in Fire & Safety preferred.
- 6 Months - 1 years of relevant experience in firefighting or fire & safety.
- Offshore experience will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of firefighting equipment and emergency procedures.
- Physically fit and willing to work in an offshore environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on an offshore rotational schedule.
