Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular safety inspections at project sites.
- Identify hazards and take corrective actions.
- Ensure workers use proper PPE such as helmets, safety shoes, gloves and safety harnesses.
- Conduct daily/weekly safety toolbox meetings.
- Monitor safe working practices at site.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe material storage.
- Check scaffolding, ladders, electrical work and other site activities for safety.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and incident reports.
- Investigate accidents and near-miss incidents and prepare reports.
- Conduct safety induction for new workers and contractors.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers and contractors on safety matters.
- Ensure emergency procedures and first-aid arrangements are available.
- Monitor fire safety equipment and emergency exits.
- Stop unsafe work where there is an immediate safety risk and report it to management.
- Support management in implementing safety policies and procedures.





Required Skills
- Good knowledge of construction/interior project safety practices.
- Knowledge of PPE, fire safety and emergency procedures.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct toolbox talks and safety training.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work at multiple project sites.
