Experience:

Minimum

10 years relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, review, and coordinate

Fire &

- Life Safety designs and strategies

.

- Ensure compliance with

NFPA standards, UAE Fire &

- Life Safety requirements, BS standards, and applicable authority regulations

.

- Review architectural, mechanical, electrical, and MEP drawings for fire-safety compliance.

- Prepare FLS reports, drawings, calculations, technical submissions, NOCs, and authority documentation.

- Coordinate with authorities, developers, consultants, contractors, architects, MEP teams, and clients.

- Support projects from concept and design development through authority approval, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover

.

- Review shop drawings, technical calculations, method statements, and material submittals.

- Conduct site inspections and identify non-compliances.

- Support testing and commissioning of fire protection, fire alarm, smoke-control, and life-safety systems.

- Address authority comments and support final approvals/certifications.

- Prepare technical reports, compliance statements, and completion documentation.

Qualifications

- Architect:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.





- Fire Protection Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Engineering.

- Mechanical Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

- Electrical Engineer:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

- Minimum

10 years of relevant Fire &

- Life Safety / consultancy experience

.

- Previous experience with fire-safety consultancy firms preferred.

- Local Fire Alarm &

- Life Safety consultancy experience is mandatory for the Electrical Engineer role.

- Skilled certifications such as

CFPS / NFPA / IFE are advantageous.
