Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial SEO Copywriter with 4 years of financial writing experiencepreferably within the trading, brokerage, or fintech industry.

In this role, you will sit at the intersection of financial markets, SEO strategy, and high-impact storytelling. You will write clear, compelling copy that demystifies complex trading products for diverse client segments while balancing search engine optimization (keyword density, prominence, search intent) with persuasive human engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation & SEO Strategy:

- Write clear, compelling copy to brief, successfully balancing search engine optimization (on-page and off-page SEO, keyword density, prominence) with appealing, persuasive copy for readers.
- Clearly articulate the strategic thinking behind content produced, considering tone, style, and audience intent.
- Brainstorm and create original content that actively supports overarching SEO and marketing campaigns.

- Product Demystification & Messaging:

- Understand complex financial and trading products (e.g., CFDs, forex, derivatives) and articulate them clearly in content targeted at various client segments.
- Contribute to projects and campaigns, making client-centered recommendations.





- Editorial Excellence & Quality Control:

- Review, proofread, and edit internal copy, as well as adapt work originating from external agencies and freelancers.
- Maintain exceptionally high standards of grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.

- Stakeholder Collaboration & Compliance:

- Take feedback from multiple stakeholders, product teams, and compliance departments, rapidly refining work to meet rigorous legal and business needs.
- Build independent, strong relationships with colleagues and senior leaders, successfully bringing the copy team's influence into broader business decisions.

- Leadership & Team Contribution:

- Actively participate as an integral member of project teams, delivering on tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Mentor peers, create energy and motivation within the team, and lead others in adopting productivity and quality improvements to consistently hit KPIs.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 4 years of dedicated financial writing experience, with a strong preference for candidates coming from the trading, brokerage, or fintech sectors.
- Core Skills:

- Outstanding proofreading, editing, and writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven expertise in applying on- and off-page SEO best practices to financial content.
- Above-average skills in communication, delivery, organization, and flexibility.
