Role & responsibilities

- Support day-to-day finance and compliance operations.

- Assist in processing invoices, payments, reimbursements, and accounting entries.

- Maintain financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation.

- Support statutory, regulatory, and internal compliance activities.

- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Follow defined finance policies, procedures, and controls.

- Support audits and compliance reviews.

- Information Security Responsibilities
- Ensure secure handling of financial records and documents.

- Maintain confidentiality of financial, contractual, and employee information.

- Use only approved systems for financial data processing.

- Report suspected data leakage or security incidents.

- Adhere to department and organization information security policies, processes, and requirements.

- Adhere to organization information security dos and donts.
