We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager with strong expertise in interior finishing works for large-scale residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all interior finishing activities at site.
- Coordinate execution of flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, doors, joinery, and other finishing works.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Ensure finishing works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and project schedules.
- Inspect completed works and ensure proper quality and finishing standards.
- Resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely completion.
- Maintain progress reports and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Candidate Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in interior finishing works.
- Robust experience in residential/commercial interior finishing projects.
- Good knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and site management skills.
- Experience in large-scale projects will be preferred.
