Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise residential and high-rise finishing activities.





· Manage plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other finishing works.

· Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and site teams.

· Ensure quality, timely execution, and snag rectification.

· Maintain site progress and finishing work reports.

Requirements:

✅ Experience in real estate / high-rise construction

✅ Strong knowledge of finishing work and site supervision

✅ Ability to coordinate manpower and contractors.

✅ Good understanding of construction drawings and quality standards.
