Role Description The Financial Services Qualified will work in a full-time hybrid role based in India, combining in-office client meetings with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, preparing customized financial and retirement plans, and recommending appropriate financial products and strategies. The role involves analyzing clients’ financial situations, explaining complex financial concepts in clear language, and maintaining regular communication to review and adjust plans as circumstances change.





The professional will also collaborate with internal teams, stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes, and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and quality service.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Finance and Financial Services, with the ability to interpret financial data and market information.
- Experience or training in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design tailored client solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly and build trust with diverse clients.
- Relevant academic background, such as a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Client-focused mindset, ethical judgment, and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time well, and use digital tools for remote collaboration.
