Roles & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual specializing in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Payments domain. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing, validating, and ensuring the seamless end-to-end execution of complex payment workflows. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, leveraging automation tools and cutting-edge data platforms to maintain the highest standards of quality across our global payment systems.

Base Requirements:

Domain & Platform Management

•Act as the subject matter expert (SME) across core payment platforms, including Finastra, dovetail, C2P Open Payment Framework, GBS Payments, and Pfizer Payments Platform.

•Map, analyze, and test complex, high-volume transactional flows within these specialized platform ecosystems. Analyze client requirements and recommend innovative, scalable payment solutions. Define architectures aligned with business, operational,



and regulatory requirements & industry standards.

End-to-End Testing & Automation

•Own the End-to-End (E2E) payments test life cycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

•Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to drive efficiency in regression and functional testing.

•Develop and maintain Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure complete mapping between: User stories, Acceptance criteria & Test cases

•Validate payment warehousing logic, ensuring correct queuing, scheduling, and settlement configurations.

•Robust understanding of .json and .protobuf file format along with hands-on experience working on HP ALM/ Confluence.

Core Processing & Messaging Verification

•Oversee and validate Wire Processing and Multi-payment transaction handling.

•Ensure absolute compliance and accuracy of messaging formats, specifically SWIFT Messaging (MT/MX) and the ISO20022 standard along with strong understanding of BIC/IBAN.

•Validate downstream accounting, liquidity impacts, and clearing/settlement processes.

Advanced Data & AI Integration

•Utilize Databricks and Snowflake to query, validate, and analyze massive volumes of transactional data and reporting metrics.

•Leverage AI skills/tools to optimize test cases, analyze predictive defects, or enhance transaction monitoring strategies.
