- Core Business Finance including tracking monthly entity and business level profitability, building annual operating plan and scenario modelling, detailed data deep dive to bring out business insights
- Develop, consolidate, and present insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances
- Participate in and support ad-hoc special projects such as identifying Cost optimization opportunities, Business Valuations, Equity Fund Raise, Investor Relations etc
- Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders, including senior management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key business stakeholders, including the functional Finance department,
and lines of business teams.
- Create, maintain, and review financial models and analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc

- Proficiency in MS Excel & excellent numerical ability
- Strategic & analytical thinking, problem solving ability, and stakeholder management
- Strong Oral and written communication skills
Qualification: Chartered Accountant
Experience Required
- 2 to 3 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis/ Business Finance
- Experience in Lending/NBFC space required
