Build and maintain a driver-based model (volume/price/mix, yield/scrap, energy, conversion costs, working capital, capacity utilization).

Deliver scenario/ sensitivity analysis for decisions and IPO/ investor “what-if” questions.

Build a scalable planning and reporting architecture around SAP S/4HANA ERP, with transparent master-data alignment and model governance.

Establish KPI dictionary (definitions, owners, refresh cadence, reconciliations).

Build a “copper rolling industry intelligence pack”: market/price drivers, peer cost/margin references, demand and product trends, and conversion economics.





Build a cross-functional “knowledge bank” (process notes, driver definitions, assumptions book, KPI dictionary, model documentation) aligned to recognized KM principles.

Skill-set

8 years in FP&A;/strategic finance in a manufacturing environment with strong cost and operational driver orientation (metals preferred).

Demonstrated ownership of AOP/budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan cycles—not as a contributor, but as the person accountable for outcomes.

Strong systems capability: led (or co-led) ERP-integrated planning/reporting implementations or large driver-based models anchored to ERP data; comfortable operating in S/4HANA-centric data environments.

Ability to build from scratch: governance, templates, definitions, documentation, and team.
