Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Analyse financial performance against budgets and forecasts
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends
- Prepare monthly management reports, MIS reports, and dashboards
- Develop financial models to support business decisions
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities
- Perform cost analysis and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and validate financial data
- Present financial insights and recommendations to management
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of financial information

Candidate Requirements:





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce
- CA Inter, CMA Inter, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Relevant experience in FP&A;, financial analysis, budgeting, or management reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with ERP, accounting software, or BI tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines

Experience: 2–5 years in FP&A;, financial analysis, or a related finance role Candidates with strong analytical skills and relevant financial planning experience are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
