Role & responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting

- Support the annual budgeting and operating plan (AOP) process across business units.




- Prepare rolling forecasts and periodic reforecasts to improve business visibility and predictability.
- Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity models to evaluate business outcomes and risks.

Performance Management

- Drive monthly MIS reporting and management dashboards for leadership review.
- Perform detailed variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior periods, identifying key business drivers.
- Monitor operational and financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance.

Business Partnering

- Work closely with business teams to support commercial decisions and improve profitability.
- Partner with functional leaders to monitor costs, productivity and resource utilization.
- Support evaluation of current business initiatives, pricing decisions and investment proposals.

Strategic Finance

- Assist in preparing board, management and investor presentations.
- Support financial modelling, valuation exercises and strategic projects.
- Contribute to M&A; evaluations, due diligence activities and post-investment performance tracking as required.

Process Improvement

- Improve financial reporting processes and enhance automation wherever possible.

Support implementation and effective utilization of ERP and business intelligence tools.
