Nablasol is looking for a detail-oriented Financial Document Analyst to review, organize, and process financial and case-related documents. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of financial documents, basic accounting concepts, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prepare accurate and well-organized case files.

Candidates from Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Audit Support, or related backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Review, organise, index, and process financial documents such as bank statements, tax returns, financial statements, IRS notices, and other supporting documents.
- Prepare and maintain complete case files and financial worksheets.
- Extract and compile financial information, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.
- Reconcile information, identify discrepancies or missing documents, and ensure data accuracy.
- Track document status and case progress in the case management system.
- Prepare supporting summaries and draft correspondence/documents for senior team members' review.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all case-related information.




- Support additional finance-related services such as bookkeeping or tax documentation as required.

Required Skills:

- Good understanding of financial documents and basic accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information and work with large volumes of documents.

Education & Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Financial Services, Tax Operations, or a related field.
- Experience with financial document processing or preparation of financial statements/worksheets is preferred.
- US Tax/Financial Services experience is an advantage
- Candidates pursuing or holding CA, CMA, CS, EA, B.Com, M.Com, or other relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,190,507.70 per year
