This is a Financial Reporting / Group Reporting / Controllership profile.
The person should be responsible for:
Preparing and reviewing Financial Statements and statutory reporting
Handling SEBI LODR, Annual Reports and other compliance reporting
Managing month/quarter/year-end closure
Handling complex accounting transactions and disclosures
Coordinating with BU Finance, CFO/FC, auditors, tax, secretarial and GCC teams
Managing transitions and process improvements/automation
Ensuring SOP, SLA, KPI and compliance adherence
Leading/mentoring team members and succession planning
Understanding Accounting Standards / Ind AS
Presenting accounting/reporting changes to management
Ideal background: CA with robust experience in Financial Reporting + Controllership + Statutory Compliance, preferably from a large listed/MNC organization.
