We are hiring a Financial Controller for a quick-growing real estate organization based in Coimbatore. This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end financial operations, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic decision support to fuel business growth. The FC is the operational head of Accounts & Finance reporting directly to the CFO and supervising a team of five accountants across all group entities.

The role will work closely with the CFO and Managing Director, acting as a key financial advisor to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage internal controls, audits, taxation, and regulatory assessments
- Supervise AP, AR, payroll, and finance operations

Treasury & Cash Management

- Manage cash flows, liquidity, and working capital
- Handle banking relationships, fund raising, and loan compliance
- Oversee debt management, investments, and capital structure

FP&A; & Strategic Finance

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct project-wise profitability and cost analysis
- Support strategic decisions through financial insights and scenario planning

Project & Cost Management





- Monitor project-wise costing, margins, and BOQs
- Review contracts and budgets for financial feasibility
- Drive cost optimization across projects

Compliance, Governance & Risk

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other laws
- Implement SOPs, governance frameworks, and risk controls

Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance & accounts team
- Drive automation, process improvements, and best practices

Candidate Profile
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
- exposure to real estate / construction / infrastructure finance
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Advanced Excel
