About KredXpertKredXpert Advisors Pvt. Ltd. provides advisory services in Credit Rating, Bank & Private Funding, IPO Preparedness and Corporate Finance. We work with promoters and finance teams to understand financial requirements, strengthen proposals and support assignments through execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse financial statements, profitability, leverage, cash flows, working capital and liquidity.
- Understand the client's business model, industry and key financial risks.
- Assist in credit rating advisory assignments and preparation of rating submissions.
- Prepare financial projections, cash-flow forecasts and funding proposals.
- Support bank/private funding, NCD, AIF funding and Surety Bond assignments.
- Assist with preliminary IPO assessments and related financial analysis.
- Prepare analytical notes, client presentations and management briefs.
- Coordinate with clients, promoters, finance teams, rating agencies and lenders as required.
- Track information requirements, pending documents and assignment timelines.
- Maintain accurate, confidential and well-organised working papers.

Candidate Profile




- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
- CA Inter, CA, MBA/PGDM Finance candidates are welcome.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in credit analysis, banking, rating agencies, financial advisory, corporate finance or audit.
- Freshers with solid accounting fundamentals and analytical ability can also apply.
- Good understanding of financial statements, ratios, accounting and cash flows.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and professional client-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
