We are hiring a Financial Analyst for our client. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically driven recent graduate to kick-start their career in financial analytics, working closely with experienced professionals to transform financial data into actionable business insights.

Role & responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and analyze financial data from multiple sources (ERP systems, databases, spreadsheets)
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Analyze financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow) to identify trends and insights
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate financial data
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting processes
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and management presentations
- Conduct financial ratio analysis and profitability assessments
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and business teams to support data-driven decisions
- Ensure accuracy,



consistency, and integrity of financial data across reports
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related field (MBA/CA/CFA preferred but not mandatory)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau) training provided if needed
- Basic knowledge of statistics and financial data interpretation
- Exposure to Python or R is a plus (not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Good communication skills to present financial insights clearly
- High attention to detail and accuracy
