Role Description The Financial Advisor role at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Financial

Advisor will meet with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial goals and risk profiles, and recommend suitable life insurance, savings, and retirement solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, preparing personalized financial plans, and explaining product features, advantages, and policy terms in a clear and compliant manner. The role involves maintaining ongoing client relationships, tracking portfolio performance,



and supporting clients with policy servicing, renewals, and claims-related queries.

The Financial

Advisor will also collaborate with branch teams, participate in local sales and outreach activities, and stay updated on market trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning to design comprehensive, goal-based financial solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Investments to analyze options and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
- Candidates should possess experience in Financial Advisory, including client assessment, solution recommendation, and ongoing portfolio review.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related fields is beneficial; professional certifications in financial planning or insurance advisory are an advantage.
