Role Description This Full Time/Part Time, on-site Financial Advisor role is based in Kolkata.

The Financial

Advisor will actively prospect and engage potential customers, explain life insurance products and solutions, and conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate policies.

Responsibilities include meeting sales , managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records of interactions and proposals, and following up on leads to close sales.



The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners, adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards, and providing ongoing service support to policyholders to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and target achievement.
- Customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance products clearly.
- Basic financial understanding and aptitude for needs-based analysis to recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, maintain qualified conduct, and collaborate effectively with team members and partners.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Comfort with using digital tools and company portals for documentation, reporting, and customer servicing.
