Role Description The Financial Advisor role at Golden Birds Mining Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur.

The Financial

Advisor will provide guidance on financial planning for the company’s projects and operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis. Daily responsibilities include evaluating investment options, advising on capital allocation, and supporting retirement and benefits planning where applicable. The role involves preparing financial reports, analyzing financial risks, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and collaborating with management to support long-term financial strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies.
- Candidates should have solid knowledge of Finance and Investments, including risk assessment and portfolio evaluation.
- Candidates should be capable of supporting Retirement Planning and long-term wealth management initiatives.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced qualifications (MBA, CFA, or similar) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel), along with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Prior experience in consulting, mining, infrastructure, or project-based industries is beneficial, as well as familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
