- Develop and maintain relationships with SME clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze client's working capital requirements and recommend suitable financing options, including treasury products such as loans, lines of credit, and cash management services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services to enhance the overall relationship with clients.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in SME banking or related field.
- Robust understanding of treasury operations, working capital management, and cash flow optimization strategies.
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with small business owners or entrepreneurs.
