- Financial Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to support executive decision-making.
- Prudent Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving strategies to enhance operational efficiency without compromising quality.
- Profit Maximization: Develop and execute strategies aimed at maximizing company profitability.
- Optimization of Fund Inflows & Outflows: Monitor and establish systems for daily tracking of fund inflows and outflows, with proper reporting and documentation.
- Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Oversee inventory systems and stock management, and coordinate the purchase and transportation of materials and products.
- FinTech & Process Optimization: Identify and integrate suitable financial technologies to improve financial processes, efficiency and controls.
- Financial Controls: Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure the integrity, accuracy and transparency of financial information.
- Statutory Compliance:
Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Finance, Accounts, Taxation, GST, TDS, payroll-related compliances and other applicable laws. Ensure timely filing of returns, payments, maintenance of records and coordination with statutory authorities, consultants and auditors as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
