About the Role

TrueFan AI is looking for a Finance Operations Associate to support finance and business operations across enterprise customers. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1-3 year of experience who are eager to learn, take ownership, and build a career in finance operations within a fast-growing AI startup.

Key Responsibilities

- Support vendor onboarding activities with enterprise customers.

- Manage customer procurement and supplier portal registrations, updates, and documentation.

- Coordinate agreements, NDAs, and other commercial documentation with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Track onboarding, procurement, and documentation workflows to ensure timely completion.

- Work closely with Finance, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to coordinate processes and resolve operational issues.

- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation repositories.

- Assist the finance team with day-to-day operational activities, reporting, and process coordination.

- Support compliance,



audit, and documentation requirements as needed.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

- 0–1 year of work experience (freshers are encouraged to apply).

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
