Work Experience Requirements:

The Finance Manager must demonstrate the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:

1. Educational Background Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline is required. A professional accounting qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
2. Professional Experience Minimum 8-12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a finance leadership or supervisory role. Experience within a manufacturing setting is required.
3. Manufacturing Finance & Cost Accounting Strong experience in product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variance analysis, fixed asset accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance reporting within a manufacturing business.
4. Accounting, Tax & Compliance Sound knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, corporate taxation,



transfer pricing, statutory reporting, and financial compliance requirements. Experience managing internal and external audits is essential.
5. Cash Flow & Banking Management Experience in working capital management, cash flow forecasting, banking administration, foreign exchange transactions, and bank guarantee management within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
6. Systems & Technology Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or equivalent. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong financial reporting and analytical skills are required.
7. Financial Analysis & Commercial Acumen Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to convert financial data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
