Role Description The Finance Manager role at St Laurn Koregaon Park is a full time, on-site position based in Pune.

The Finance

Manager will oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting for the property.

Responsibilities include monitoring revenue and expense trends, ensuring accurate accounting records, coordinating audits, and maintaining compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and company policies. The role will support strategic decision-making by analyzing financial performance, preparing management reports,



and advising on cost optimization and profitability improvement.

The Finance

Manager will collaborate closely with operations, procurement, and senior leadership to align financial plans with business objectives and provide guidance to the finance team.

Qualifications

- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience with accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, and audit coordination.
- Proficiency in financial software, spreadsheets, and hotel or hospitality management systems.
- Solid understanding of cost control, revenue management, and profitability improvement in a hospitality or service environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in hotel or hospitality finance management is highly desirable.
