We are looking solid NBFC accounting and financial reporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and month-end closures.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS, and management reports as per Ind AS, RBI, and Companies Act requirements.
- Handle RBI regulatory reporting, NPA classification, provisioning, GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.
- Coordinate statutory, internal, tax audits, and RBI inspections.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, RBI norms, taxation, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience in lending/financial services preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP/Tally/Oracle and advanced Excel.
