Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage the company's financial operations, accounting activities, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, statutory compliance, and financial controls. The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial records, effective financial planning, and timely reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Management

- Manage day-to-day financial operations of the company.
- Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Ensure proper utilization and control of company funds.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management.

2. Accounting & Reporting

- Oversee accounting entries, ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for management.
- Monitor project-wise income, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.

3. Construction Project Finance

- Monitor project-wise budgets and actual expenditures.
- Track construction costs, material purchases, contractor payments, and project expenses.
- Review project cost overruns and variances.
- Coordinate with Project, Purchase, QS, and Operations teams regarding financial matters.
- Monitor work bills, contractor payments, advances, and settlements.

4. Accounts Receivable & Payable





- Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
- Review payment schedules and vendor/contractor outstanding balances.
- Ensure timely processing of approved vendor and contractor payments.
- Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

5. Statutory Compliance

- Ensure timely compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate GST, TDS, PF, ESI, income tax, and other applicable compliance matters.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for audits and statutory requirements.

6. Banking & Treasury

- Manage banking transactions and relationships with banks.
- Monitor bank balances and daily cash positions.
- Handle bank reconciliations and payment approvals.
- Assist management with working capital and financing requirements.

7. Internal Controls & Audit

- Establish and maintain effective financial controls.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and irregularities.
- Support internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Ensure proper authorization and documentation of financial transactions.

- Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Inter / CMA / M.Com / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
- 10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, or project-based organizations is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting/ERP software and advanced Excel.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should be highly organized, financially analytical, commercially aware, and capable of independently managing finance and accounting operations in a fast-paced construction/real-estate environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
