Being a “Finance Manager” oversees an organization's financial health, directs budgeting and forecasting, and guides strategic business decisions.

Designation: Finance Manager

Location : Saket, Delhi

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business management.

Experience: 3 to 7+ years of accounting or corporate finance experience.

Hard Skills: Advanced financial modeling, budgeting software proficiency, MIS and risk management.

Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving abilities.

Treasurer: Should have sound banking knowledge, including basic banking operations,

financial transactions, account management, and coordination with banks.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning: Build annual budgets and create long-term financial forecasts.

Data Analysis: Track cash flow, revenue, and expenses to spot trends and cut costs.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to local and federal financial regulations and tax laws.

Reporting: Prepare financial statements and performance reports for executive leadership.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and train accounting and finance staff.

Job Role:

- Good understanding on Finance , month end processes , MIS reporting, dataanalysis , Variance analysis , Budget, Forecast.
- Ability to create financial models (cash flow, DCF, NPV, P/L , CAPM, payback, CBA,business valuation, equity analysis,



Investor deck ,forecast…and various models).
- Understanding of M&A; and related documentations.Helping to develop project plans and monitor their timely completion.
- Market analysis , Industry analysis , Business plan , able to extract data fromfinancials.
- Good understanding and practical knowledge of Office 365, advance tools likePower BI, Google sheet, AI and Chat GTP.
- Preparation of Presentations ,Investor dec, process models, specifications,diagrams, charts ,flowchart.
- Analyzing an organization's large data sets to provide actionable insights.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends , process and IT advancements toautomate and modernize systems.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional teammembers and management.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders andproducing useful reports.
- Solid understanding of international trade regulations, finance principles, andrisk management.
- Knowledge of trade finance products and instruments, including letters of credit,guarantees, and export credit insurance.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, due diligence, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
